The Wave Equate 7 are all-round running shoes for overpronators. The Equate is the supporting version of the Mizuno Wave Rider. The Wave Equate is an ideal running shoe for novice, overpronating runners. The shoe has a good balance between stability and cushioning.

What are the updates compared to its predecessor? For the first time, De Wave Equate has a Mizuno ENERZY foam which has good cushioning and energy return. This model has extra cushioning, especially in the heel. In addition, the support has been changed to DOUBLE FAN SHAPED WAVE with a little more foam on the inside of the shoe.

The AIRmesh upper provides great breathability to keep your feet dry and comfortable. Over 90% of the upper is made from recycled materials.

The new DOUBLE FAN SHAPED WAVE construction provides stability with every step you take. There is more foam on the inside of the shoe so that your foot cannot tilt inwards. This technology also ensures a smooth transition from heel to toe.

The X10 outsole is made of carbon rubber. This type of rubber gives a lot of grip and also good wear resistance. The grooves in the outsole provide flexibility in the forefoot.
