  • The Mizuno Wave Daichi 8 GTX is a reliable all-rounder for all your trail adventures. The shoe has a versatile character, making this model suitable for every trail distance and type of training. Enjoy the perfect balance between grip, protection and stability and explore untouched nature reserves with this trail shoe!

    Midsole

U4icX is the foam of the Wave Daichi 8 GTX. This foam is lightweight and therefore provides a cushioning feeling and a nice push-off. The Wave technology of this model provides stability and a spring effect. The technology consists of two EVA foams that are layered on top of each other. With every step you take, the landing will be partly cushioned and a spring effect will follow through the wavy foams. The midsole is reinforced with a protection plate that protects against stones without weighing down your shoes. Furthermore, the plate helps you make agile movements during your trail run.

    Upper

This shoe has an upper that hugs the foot perfectly. The shoe has a Smooth Stretch upper, which ensures a nice fit and breathability. Smooth Stretch provides a soft and fluid fit by stretching the material horizontally. By stretching the material, the upper will feel thin, be more ventilated and get a better fit. Sweat vapor will have the chance to escape, but the shoe is protected from rain by the Gore-Tex® upper.

    Outsole

The outsole contains rubber from the well-known tire brand Michelin. This material is very durable and provides a lot of grip and traction on both dry and wet surfaces. The studs bite into soft terrain. Don't let muddy and slippery surfaces hold you back with the Mizuno Wave Daichi 8 GTX!
