Midsole

HOKA has added PROFLY™ to make your runs as comfortable as possible. PROFLY™ provides a cushioned landing and a responsive take-off, leading to a uniquely soft yet snappy running feeling. The PROFLY™ midsole combines light, responsive foam with ultra-soft foam underfoot to create a responsive and lightweight midsole. By placing the transition zone behind the metatarsals, the Early Stage Meta-Rocker geometry contributes to a quick transition of the feet. This ensures a smoother stride and a faster transition to the forefoot, resulting in an explosive feeling.

Upper

The Engineered Mesh upper provides flexibility and breathability in strategic places, while in other places the shoe is a bit tighter. The shoe is a bit tighter around the midfoot for a secure and supportive feeling. The toe part of the shoe is extra reinforced to protect your toes during your run through nature. In addition, the upper consists partly of recycled materials. In this way, among other things, HOKA tries to make its products more and more sustainable.

Outsole

A Vibram® LiteBase Megagrip outsole combined with a Traction Lug gives this shoe the best of both worlds. The outsole is made of a high-quality rubber compound that provides unparalleled grip on both dry and wet surfaces. Moreover, it is extremely durable. Through Litebase technology, the sole thickness can be reduced by 50% and the weight by 30%, while grip, traction and durability can be maintained through Traction Lug technology.
