Midsole
To make your runs as comfortable as possible, HOKA has added supercritical EVA foam. This foam offers exceptional cushioning and effective protection during your runs, regardless of the type. The material is also highly responsive and provides excellent comfort.
Upper
The upper is made of a lightweight woven RPET textile, a breathable material made from recycled polyester. This construction offers an ideal balance between strength and flexibility, while the use of RPET contributes to a more sustainable design without compromising comfort or performance. The upper features reflective details, so you can also run safely in the evening. The shoe features a stretchy dynamic vamp – the front part of the upper that flexes with the foot. The stretchy construction adapts to every step and provides a comfortable, secure fit.
Outsole
The most important feature of a trail shoe is good grip. This shoe gets that good grip from the Vibram® Megagrip outsole, which gives you superior grip on any surface. Vibram® Megagrip has strategically placed lugs to provide good traction, and each lug also has small dots on the side for extra traction on unpaved paths. The outsole's traction lugs provide excellent grip on unpaved roads and paths, allowing you to run undisturbed on unpaved trails!
