Midsole

To make your runs comfortable, HOKA has added lightweight resilient foam that provides plenty of cushioning and effective protection while running. Because the transition zone is placed behind the metatarsals, the Early stage Meta-Rocker geometry contributes to a quick transition of the feet. With a smoother stride and a faster transition to the forefoot, you will feel more explosive. The EVA insole provides extra support where necessary and ensures a flexible fit.

Upper

Thanks to the jacquard mesh upper with textured yarns, the shoe is highly breathable and allows sweat to escape, keeping you dry all the time. Because the mesh follows every shape of the foot, it provides comfort and support. HOKA not only makes its products more sustainable, but also recycles much of its uppers. The open structure of the jacquard mesh upper increases the breathability of the shoe, while the textured yarns ensure that sweat can escape and the shoe remains dry on the inside. The elasticity of mesh increases comfort levels and support as mesh follows every movement of the foot. The bottom of the heel is reinforced while the top of the heel counter remains flexible, soft and comfortable. The advantage of this is that it does not create pressure on your heel bone. The pleated tongue of this shoe is attached to the upper on both sides, so that no dirt can enter the shoe and the tongue remains centered.

Wear sole

To ensure mega-grip, this model has the Vibram® Megagrip outsole so you can walk on any trail without a doubt. The sole offers optimal grip, both on wet, loose surfaces and on dry and hard surfaces. Vibram® Megagrip has strategically placed studs to provide good traction, and each stud also has small dots on the side to provide extra traction on unpaved paths.
