Midsole

To make your runs comfortable, HOKA has added a CMEVA midsole that provides plenty of cushioning and effective protection while running. Late Stage Meta-Rocker geometry provides plenty of forefoot support, as the transition zone is located in front of the metatarsals. Upper

The mesh upper is highly breathable, which allows sweat to escape. This Gore-Tex® version of the Speedgoat 6 GTX is also waterproof from the outside.
