Midsole

To make your runs as comfortable as possible, HOKA has added PROFLY™. The PROFLY™ midsole ensures a cushioned landing and a responsive push-off, giving you a uniquely soft yet snappy running feeling. PROFLY™ is a light, responsive midsole with an ultra-soft layer under the foot. The Early stage Meta-Rocker geometry contributes to a quick gait of the feet, as the transition zone is placed behind the metatarsal bones. This ensures a smoother step and a faster transition to the forefoot, which contributes to an explosive feeling. The EVA insole offers a flexible fit and extra support where you need it. The model delivers the speed you need thanks to the full-length carbon plate. The plate provides extra stability and also provides forward propulsion.

Upper

The Engineered Mesh upper provides flexibility and breathability in strategic places, while in other places the shoe is a bit tighter. The shoe is a bit tighter around the midfoot for a secure and supportive feeling. With this shoe, the bottom of the heel is reinforced while the top is flexible, soft and comfortable. This will not put pressure on your heel bone.

Outsole
