Midsole

To make your runs as comfortable as possible, HOKA has added PROFLY™. PROFLY™ is a two-piece midsole that provides a cushioned landing and responsive toe-off, leading to a uniquely soft yet snappy running sensation. The PROFLY™ midsole combines a light, responsive foam base and ultra-soft foam underfoot. Because the transition zone is placed behind the metatarsals, the Early stage Meta-Rocker geometry contributes to a quick transition of the feet. With a smoother stride and a faster transition to the forefoot, you will feel more explosive. The EVA insole provides extra support where necessary and ensures a flexible fit. The carbon plate over the entire length will give you extra stability while walking and the plate also propels you forward.
