Midsole

To make your runs as comfortable as possible, HOKA has added PROFLY™. The PROFLY™ midsole ensures a cushioned landing and a responsive push-off, giving you a uniquely soft yet snappy running feeling. PROFLY™ is a light, responsive midsole with an ultra-soft layer under the foot. By placing the transition zone behind the metatarsals, the Early Stage Meta-Rocker geometry contributes to a quick transition of the feet. This ensures a smoother stride and a faster transition to the forefoot, resulting in an explosive feeling. The EVA insole offers a flexible fit and extra support where you need it. The full-length carbon plate provides a smooth and fast gait of the feet and returns a lot of energy while walking. In addition, the plate provides extra stability and makes your steps longer.

Upper

The Engineered Mesh upper provides flexibility and breathability in strategic places, while in other places the shoe is a bit tighter. The shoe is a bit tighter around the midfoot for a secure and supportive feeling. Reinforcement has been added to the bottom of the heel counter, while the top remains flexible, soft and comfortable, so that your heel bone does not come under pressure.
