HOKA Gaviota 5 Women

Midsole

To make your runs comfortable, HOKA has added a CMEVA midsole that provides plenty of cushioning and effective protection while running. Late Stage Meta-Rocker geometry provides plenty of forefoot support as the transition zone is in front of the metatarsals. This provides more stability to the forefoot, which contributes to a better running experience. Finally, J-Frame™ midsole support has been added to the shoe. This means you are always equipped with extra stability and guidance at your feet during your long training sessions! H-frames have been added to the Gaviota to make them wider and more stable.

Upper

The Engineered Mesh upper provides support in strategic places around the midfoot and has high breathability in the forefoot. In addition, HOKA's upper uses partially recycled materials to reduce its impact on the environment. Reinforcement has been added to the bottom of the heel counter, while the top remains flexible, soft and comfortable, so that your heel bone does not come under pressure.

Outsole
