Midsole

The CMEVA midsole provides excellent cushioning and protection during your runs, regardless of the type of run. The CMEVA material is reactive and provides a high degree of comfort. The Late Stage Meta-Rocker geometry supports the forefoot a lot more, as the transition zone is placed in front of the metatarsals. This provides more stability to the forefoot, which contributes to a pleasant feeling when walking. In combination with the J-Frame™ midsole support, which has been added to the shoe, you are always equipped with extra stability and guidance at your feet during your long training sessions! In addition to the J-frame, a wider, more stable H-frame has been added to the Gaviota.

Upper

The Engineered Mesh upper provides flexibility and breathability in strategic places, while in other places the shoe is a bit tighter. The shoe is a bit tighter around the midfoot for a secure and supportive feeling. In addition, the upper consists partly of recycled materials. In this way, among other things, HOKA tries to make its products more and more sustainable. With this shoe, the bottom of the heel is reinforced while the top is flexible, soft and comfortable. Outsole
