Midsole

To make your runs comfortable, HOKA has added a CMEVA midsole that provides plenty of cushioning and effective protection while running. Because the transition zone is placed behind the metatarsals, the Early stage Meta-Rocker geometry contributes to a quick transition of the feet. Upper

A mesh upper makes the Clifton very breathable and comfortable to wear while running. The pleated tongue of this shoe is attached to the upper on both sides, so that no dirt can enter the shoe and the tongue remains centered.

Outsole

The durable Durabrasion rubber outsole with a coarse profile provides excellent grip on any surface. Zones of abrasion-resistant rubber have been added to the heel and forefoot for extra durability.
