Midsole

To make your runs as comfortable as possible, HOKA has added a CMEVA midsole. The CMEVA midsole has enormous cushioning and provides effective protection during your runs, whatever type of run it is. The material is therefore very reactive and provides a lot of comfort. Because the transition zone is placed behind the metatarsals, the Early stage Meta-Rocker geometry contributes to a quick transition of the feet. With a smoother stride and a faster transition to the forefoot, you will feel more explosive.

Upper

The mesh upper makes the Clifton very breathable and provides a comfortable feeling while running. To keep the tongue centered and prevent dirt from entering the shoe, a pleated tongue is connected to both sides of the upper.

Outsole

The outsole is made of durabrasion rubber and has a coarse profile for great grip on any type of surface. Zones of abrasion-resistant rubber have been added to the heel and forefoot for improved durability. The geometry of the outsole is designed to ensure inherent stability and an efficient stride.
