The Brooks Glycerin 20 is a neutral, all-round running shoe. The extremely soft Glycerin 20 is designed to provide comfort and super soft cushioning while running. The new plush and breathable designed air-mesh upper offers a snug fit that keeps the foot comfortably in place. The upper is reinforced in strategic places for more structure and targeted support. In other places, the upper is more flexible for more freedom of movement.

The midsole has been slightly revised and improved. The DNA LOFT v3 cushioning material is integrated with nitrogen for soft, lightweight cushioning.
