As part of the Brooks Run Visible collection, this item uses reflective elements so that you are clearly visible even in the dark. Midsole

The Glycerin 20 has Brooks' DNA LOFT v3 foam in the midsole. This foam is extremely soft and has an innovative character compared to the previous version. Nitrogen has been incorporated into the cushioning material to optimize responsiveness and cushioning. The foam has Brooks' DNA technology, where the foam adapts to your running style. This means the shoe has a cushioning foam that ensures a smooth transition from heel to toe. To top it all off, this shoe also has an ORTHOLITE insole.
