Midsole

The Ghost Max has a very thick layer of DNA LOFT v2 foam, which gives the shoe a lot of comfort. The foam, which adapts to your running style, is extremely light and Brooks has found the right balance between the right amount of air and rubber in the foam. The result is a responsive foam with good cushioning. The GlideRoll technology also ensures a smooth transition from heel to toe.

Upper
