Midsole

The Ghost Max contains a very thick layer of DNA LOFT v2 foam, which makes the shoe very comfortable. Brooks has found the right balance between air and rubber in the foam, resulting in a responsive foam with good cushioning. The foam adapts to your running style and is extremely light. The GlideRoll technology ensures a smooth transition from heel to toe.

Upper
