Midsole

The Cascadia 18 has the DNA LOFT v2 foam, the foam that adapts to your running style. The foam is extremely light and Brooks has found the right balance between the right amount of air and rubber in the foam. The Cascadia 18 has the Trail Adapt System to create extra control and stability during your trail run.
