Midsole

The Cascadia 18 has the DNA LOFT v2 foam, the foam that adapts to your running style. The foam is extremely light and Brooks has found the right balance between the right amount of air and rubber in the foam. The result is a responsive foam with good cushioning that ensures a smooth transition from heel to toe. The Cascadia 18 has the Trail Adapt System to create extra control and stability during your trail run. The system consists of three elements: the integrated DNA LOFT v2 foam, a protective and propulsive rock plate placed between two layers of DNA LOFT v2 and an advanced outsole system. The three elements work closely together to create a shoe that can handle varying terrain and adapts to your running style.

Upper

With the Cascadia upper you'll be ready for your next trail adventure. The upper has a mesh upper that has a ventilating function and provides an attractive appearance. The Toe Protector provides protection against bumps and sharp obstacles. In addition to the extra protection at the toes, the upper also has a transparent mudguard to keep your feet cool and dry. The upper is made of mesh and makes the Cascadia very breathable and provides a comfortable feeling while running. The toe area is extra reinforced to protect your toes against bumps and sharp obstacles.

Wear sole

The shoe has a Green Rubber outsole and is a durable type of rubber. The rubber consists of 25% recycled materials and lasts a long time, making the shoe extra durable.
