Midsole

This shoe has FF BLAST PLUS™ cushioning in the midsole. This foam makes the shoe a lot lighter and provides a shoe with a lot of energy return with every step you take. GUIDESOLE™ technology is a construction in the midsole that stimulates forward movement. The GUIDESOLE™ has the innovative round sole. The round sole and stiff forefoot keep your ankle stable, so other leg muscles don't have to work as hard. On top of all this, extra step-in comfort and long-lasting cushioning are provided by the ORTHOLITE™ sockliner. This air-permeable sole ensures that your feet stay cool while running.

Upper

This shoe is highly breathable thanks to its jacquard mesh upper, which features textured yarns that allow sweat to escape and keep the inside dry. Because the mesh follows every step of the foot, it provides comfort and support. A large part of the upper is recycled, so ASICS strives, among other things, to make its products more sustainable.

Outsole
