Midsole

The midsole of this shoe consists of two materials. The top layer is the well-known FF BLAST TURBO™ cushioning that we know from the ASICS Metaspeed collection. This foam is not only very comfortable, but also returns a lot of energy. This gives you the feeling as if you are standing on a trampoline. The bottom layer of the midsole is FF BLAST™ PLUS foam. The combination of these two foam materials makes this model lightweight with extreme comfort. GUIDESOLE™ technology is a construction in the midsole that stimulates forward movement.
