Midsole

This model features FF BLAST™ cushioning. This foam is lightweight and provides you with resilient, energetic cushioning. In addition to the foam in the midsole, ASICS has incorporated its unique gel technology PureGEL™ into this shoe. This gel provides a high degree of comfort, partly due to the shock absorption that reduces the impact on your joints. The gel will provide you with nice cushioning with every step you take during your run. LITETRUSS™ technology provides extra support while walking. This technology comes in the form of a correction block on the inside of the shoe. This block ensures that your foot and ankle cannot collapse inwards during the movement. The 3D SPACE CONSTRUCTION™ ensures that the heel counter gets a tailor-made fit. The construction is adapted to the shape of the foot of both men and women. The advantage is more compression during a heel landing, which ensures a smoother transition.

Upper

The Engineered Mesh upper provides support in strategic places around the midfoot and has high breathability in the forefoot.

Wear sole

The outsole of this shoe consists of two parts. AHARPLUS™ is used under the heel. This material is three times as durable as a regular rubber outsole. AHAR™ is used under the midfoot and forefoot. Due to its spongy structure, this outsole is twice as durable as regular rubber and weighs 50% less. This combination of technologies results in excellent grip and traction.
