Midsole

The midsole of the model consists of FLYTEFOAM PROPEL™ cushioning. This foam has a low density and consists of integrated nanofibers for shape retention during longer training sessions. ASICS' GEL™ technology, which is incorporated into the midsole in addition to the foam, improves shock absorption and makes the landing softer. LITETRUSS™ technology provides extra support while walking. This technology comes in the form of a correction block on the inside of the shoe. This block ensures that your foot and ankle cannot collapse inward during the movement. The 3D SPACE CONSTRUCTION™ function is adapted to the shape of the foot of both men and women. Outsole

The outsole of this shoe consists of two parts. AHARPLUS™ is used under the heel. This material is three times as durable as a regular rubber outsole. AHAR™ is used under the midfoot and forefoot. Due to its spongy structure, this outsole is twice as durable as regular rubber and weighs 50% less. This combination of technologies results in excellent grip and traction.
