Midsole

The footbed feels very comfortable due to the good cushioning and energy return of the FLYTEFOAM™ foam. In addition to the foam, ASICS' unique GEL™ technology will help absorb the impact of every step, making the landing softer. LITETRUSS™ technology provides extra support while walking. This technology comes in the form of a correction block on the inside of the shoe. This block ensures that your foot and ankle cannot collapse inward during the movement. On top of all this, extra step-in comfort and long-lasting cushioning are provided by the ORTHOLITE™ X-30 sockliner. This air-permeable sole ensures that your feet stay cool while running.

Upper

This shoe is highly breathable thanks to its jacquard mesh upper, which features textured yarns that allow sweat to escape and keep the inside dry. Outsole

AHARPLUS™ rubber and ASICS LITE™ rubber are used together in the outsole of the shoe. For durability, AHARPLUS™ is used in the heel. A type of rubber that is wear-resistant and will therefore last a long time. ASICS LITE™ rubber is used under the midfoot and forefoot. It is very lightweight and has reflective details.
