Midsole

The footbed feels very comfortable due to the good cushioning and energy return of the FLYTEFOAM™ foam. ASICS' GEL™ technology, which is incorporated into the midsole in addition to the foam, improves shock absorption and makes the landing softer. This model features the LITETRUSS™ support system. The sole has a slightly wider base and there is a correction block on the inside of the shoe. This block gives you support and ensures that your foot and ankle cannot collapse during the movement. To top it all off, this shoe also has an ORTHOLITE™ X-30 insole. This insole offers soft entry comfort and thus provides long-lasting cushioning. ORTHOLITE™ X-30 has an open-cell foam which ensures that the shoe is breathable on the inside and keeps your feet cool.

Upper

This shoe is highly breathable thanks to its jacquard mesh upper, which features textured yarns that allow sweat to escape and keep the inside dry. Because the mesh follows every step of the foot, it provides comfort and support. A large part of the upper is recycled, so ASICS strives, among other things, to make its products more sustainable.

Outsole

The outsole of the shoe is made of a combination of AHARPLUS™ and ASICS LITE™ rubber. The heel is made of AHARPLUS™ rubber, a type of rubber that is durable and therefore will last a long time. ASICS LITE™ rubber is used under the midfoot and forefoot and is very light and with reflective details. This outsole provides good grip and traction in wet and dry weather.
