ASICS GT-2000 11 Women

Midsole

FF BLAST™ and FLYTEFOAM™ cushioning together form the foams for the midsole of this model. FF BLAST™ provides lightweight cushioning and responsive cushioning. The FLYTEFOAM™ provides the stability to the shoe that you need while running. In addition, the midsole, the heel of the shoe is equipped with ASICS' GEL™ technology to absorb the shock with every step and soften the heel landing. This model features the LITETRUSS™ support system. The sole has a slightly wider base and there is a correction block on the inside of the shoe. This block gives you support and ensures that your foot and ankle cannot collapse during the movement. To top it all off, this shoe also has an ORTHOLITE™ X-30 insole. This insole offers soft entry comfort and thus provides long-lasting cushioning. ORTHOLITE™ X-30 has an open-cell foam which ensures that the shoe is breathable on the inside and keeps your feet cool.

Upper

The open structure of the jacquard mesh upper increases the breathability of the shoe, while the textured yarns ensure that sweat can escape and the shoe remains dry on the inside. The elasticity of the mesh increases comfort levels and support as it follows every movement of the foot. The upper consists partly of recycled materials. In this way, among other things, ASICS tries to make its products increasingly sustainable.

Outsole

The outsole of the shoe is made of a combination of AHARPLUS™ and ASICS LITE™ rubber. The heel is made of AHARPLUS™ rubber, a type of rubber that is durable and therefore will last a long time. ASICS LITE™ rubber is used under the midfoot and forefoot and is very light and with reflective details. This outsole provides good grip and traction in wet and dry weather.
