Midsole

In addition, the midsole, the heel of the shoe is equipped with ASICS' GEL™ technology to absorb the shock with every step and soften the heel landing. LITETRUSS™ technology provides extra support while walking. This technology comes in the form of a correction block on the inside of the shoe. Upper

This shoe is highly breathable thanks to its jacquard mesh upper, which features textured yarns that allow sweat to escape and keep the inside dry. Outsole

The outsole of the shoe is made of a combination of AHARPLUS™ and ASICS LITE™ rubber. The heel is made of AHARPLUS™ rubber, a type of rubber that is durable and therefore will last a long time. ASICS LITE™ rubber is used under the midfoot and forefoot and is very light and with reflective details. This outsole provides good grip and traction in wet and dry weather.
