Midsole

FF BLAST™ and FLYTEFOAM™ cushioning together form the foams for the midsole of this model. FF BLAST™ provides lightweight cushioning and responsive cushioning. The FLYTEFOAM™ provides the stability to the shoe that you need while running. Furthermore, in addition to the foam, this model also has ASICS' GEL™ technology incorporated in the heel, which improves shock absorption and makes the heel landing softer. This model features the LITETRUSS™ support system. The sole has a slightly wider base and there is a correction block on the inside of the shoe. This block gives you support and ensures that your foot and ankle cannot collapse during the movement. On top of all this, extra step-in comfort and long-lasting cushioning are provided by the ORTHOLITE™ X-30 sockliner. This air-permeable sole ensures that your feet stay cool while running.

Upper

This shoe is highly breathable thanks to its jacquard mesh upper, which features textured yarns that allow sweat to escape and keep the inside dry. Because the mesh follows every step of the foot, it provides comfort and support. A large part of the upper is recycled, so ASICS strives, among other things, to make its products more sustainable.

Outsole

The outsole of the shoe is made of a combination of AHARPLUS™ and ASICS LITE™ rubber. The heel is made of AHARPLUS™ rubber, a type of rubber that is durable and therefore will last a long time. ASICS LITE™ rubber is used under the midfoot and forefoot and is very light and with reflective details. This outsole provides good grip and traction in wet and dry weather.
