ASICS GT-2000 11 Men

Midsole

FF BLAST™ and FLYTEFOAM™ cushioning work together to provide a smooth and bouncy running experience. FF BLAST™ is a foam with a lot of cushioning and returns a lot of energy with every step you take. FLYTEFOAM™ has been implemented for an even more stable base. Furthermore, in addition to the foam, this model also has ASICS' GEL™ technology incorporated in the heel, which improves shock absorption and makes the heel landing softer. LITETRUSS™ technology provides extra support while walking. This technology comes in the form of a correction block on the inside of the shoe. This block ensures that your foot and ankle cannot collapse inward during the movement. To top it all off, this shoe also has an ORTHOLITE™ X-30 insole. This insole offers soft entry comfort and thus provides long-lasting cushioning. ORTHOLITE™ X-30 has an open-cell foam which ensures that the shoe is breathable on the inside and keeps your feet cool.

Upper

The open structure of the jacquard mesh upper increases the breathability of the shoe, while the textured yarns ensure that sweat can escape and the shoe remains dry on the inside. The elasticity of the mesh increases comfort levels and support as it follows every movement of the foot. The upper consists partly of recycled materials. In this way, among other things, ASICS tries to make its products increasingly sustainable.

Outsole

The outsole of the shoe is made from a combination of AHARPLUS™ and ASICS LITE™ rubber. AHARPLUS™ was used at the heel due to its great durability. A type of rubber that is wear-resistant and will therefore last a long time. ASICS LITE™ rubber is found under the midfoot and forefoot. This material is very light and also has reflective details.
