ASICS GT-2000 11 Men

Midsole

FF BLAST™ and FLYTEFOAM™ cushioning work together to provide a smooth and bouncy running experience. FF BLAST™ is a foam with a lot of cushioning and returns a lot of energy with every step you take. FLYTEFOAM™ has been implemented for an even more stable base. The foam works together with the GEL™ technology implemented in the heel of the midsole. This gel softens the heel landing and improves shock absorption. This model features the LITETRUSS™ support system. The sole has a slightly wider base and there is a correction block on the inside of the shoe. This block gives you support and ensures that your foot and ankle cannot collapse during the movement. Finally, the ORTHOLITE™ X-30 sockliner provides soft step-in comfort and long-lasting cushioning. The sole consists of open cells, which makes the sole breathable and ensures that your feet stay cool.

Upper

The open structure of the jacquard mesh upper increases the breathability of the shoe, while the textured yarns ensure that sweat can escape and the shoe remains dry on the inside. The elasticity of the mesh increases comfort levels and support as it follows every movement of the foot. The upper consists partly of recycled materials. In this way, among other things, ASICS tries to make its products increasingly sustainable.

Outsole

AHARPLUS™ rubber and ASICS LITE™ rubber are used together in the outsole of the shoe. For durability, AHARPLUS™ is used in the heel. A type of rubber that is wear-resistant and will therefore last a long time. ASICS LITE™ rubber is used under the midfoot and forefoot. It is very lightweight and has reflective details.
