    Midsole

    FF BLAST™ and FLYTEFOAM™ cushioning together form the foams for the midsole of this model. FF BLAST™ provides lightweight cushioning and responsive cushioning. The FLYTEFOAM™ provides the stability to the shoe that you need while running. Complementing the foam in the midsole, ASICS has added its well-known GEL™ technology in the heel. This technology ensures that every shock from every step is absorbed and therefore makes the heel landing more comfortable. The shoe's LITETRUSS™ technology gives you the support you need. LITETRUSS™ is a correction block on the inside of the shoe that ensures that your foot and ankle cannot collapse inwards during the transition. On top of all this, extra step-in comfort and long-lasting cushioning are provided by the ORTHOLITE™ X-30 sockliner. This air-permeable sole ensures that your feet stay cool while running.

    Upper

    The open structure of the jacquard mesh upper increases the breathability of the shoe, while the textured yarns ensure that sweat can escape and the shoe remains dry on the inside. The elasticity of the mesh increases comfort levels and support as it follows every movement of the foot. The upper consists partly of recycled materials. In this way, among other things, ASICS tries to make its products increasingly sustainable.

    Outsole

    The outsole of the shoe is made from a combination of AHARPLUS™ and ASICS LITE™ rubber. AHARPLUS™ was used at the heel due to its great durability. A type of rubber that is wear-resistant and will therefore last a long time. ASICS LITE™ rubber is found under the midfoot and forefoot. This material is very light and also has reflective details. The outsole provides good grip and traction in both dry and wet conditions. The ASICS GT-2000 11, the all-rounder you can count on every run!
