Midsole

With this shoe you will experience an energetic appearance while walking, partly due to the FF BLAST™ cushioning. This foam is lightweight and extremely comfortable and provides resilient, energetic cushioning. Furthermore, in addition to the foam, this model also has ASICS' GEL™ technology incorporated in the heel, which improves shock absorption and makes the heel landing softer.

Upper

The mesh upper of the shoe is very breathable and provides a comfortable feeling while running. The shoe is fully protected against rain and mud by the Gore-Tex® membrane.
