Midsole

The AMPLIFOAM™ cushioning material provides good cushioning and energy return and a super comfortable feeling under the foot. It has a lower density and is formulated to increase softness. It gives the best in all six aspects of cushioning: impact absorption, fit response, pressure relief, energy return, durability and weight. In addition to the foam, GEL™ technology has been implemented in the midsole to soften the landing and improve shock absorption.

Upper

The upper of the Gel Sonoma is made of lightweight mesh that wicks moisture away from your foot, keeping you dry and cool while walking. The mesh is partly made from recycled material.
