The AmpliFoam is also relatively lightweight and quite durable, so you can walk longer on the Gel Sonoma 7. The renewed rearfoot and forefoot Gel™ technology improve shock absorption and ensure a softer landing. In addition, the OrthoLite™ sockliner sockliner offers soft step-in comfort.

The outsole design provides full ground contact resulting in a more comfortable run. In addition, this shoe has a rubber outsole with a special stud profile for good grip and durability.
