The Gel Pursue 8 are neutral running shoes. The basis of the Gel Pursue is based on a very popular model from ASICS, namely the GT-2000. Now this is an anti-pronation shoe and the Gel Pursue 8 is a neutral shoe. Thanks to these roots, the Gel Pursue 8 neutral runners offer a good balance of cushioning, stability and comfort. Compared to the Pursue 7, the shoe is now 10 grams lighter and has an adjusted offset from 10 to 8mm. In addition, the midsole and outsole have been updated.

The completely seamless Jacquard Mesh upper fits comfortably around the foot and offers high breathability. The 3D space construction gives you good support around your ankle, which also makes the shoe more stable.

The midsole consists of 2 foam materials, namely Flytefoam Propel and Flytefoam. The Flytefoam Propel is a low-density foam with integrated nanofibers for shape retention during longer workouts. This gives you a lot of comfort and energy return while walking. The impact with each landing is also reduced by these two foams.

This shoe is equipped with a special Impact Guidance System, which means that the shoe has stabilizing properties so that your foot does not tilt inward when tired. The fully extended outsole also provides extra stability, but also a good grip regardless of the circumstances.
