Midsole

The FF BLAST™ cushioning of this model provides good resilience and gives your run an energetic look. The foam is lightweight, comfortable and provides a trampoline effect while you run. In addition to the foam, GEL™ technology has been implemented in the midsole to soften the landing and improve shock absorption. To top it all off, the ORTHOLITE™ X-55 insole provides comfortable entry with long-lasting cushioning. Open cells in the sole keep your feet cool while running.

Upper

The upper of the GEL-NIMBUS TR is made of lightweight mesh that wicks moisture away from your foot, keeping you dry and cool while walking. The mesh is partly made from recycled materials.

Outsole

The outsole of the shoe is made of a combination of AHARPLUS™ and ASICS LITE™ rubber. The heel is made of AHARPLUS™ rubber, a type of rubber that is durable and therefore will last a long time. ASICS LITE™ rubber is used under the midfoot and forefoot and is very light and with reflective details. This outsole provides good grip and traction in wet and dry weather.
