The Gel Kayano Lite 3 is an all-round running shoe for overpronators. This shoe offers comfortable cushioning and support while running.

The upper of jacquard mesh material ensures good air circulation and fresh feet and firmly encloses the foot without pinching for extra comfort. The upper also consists of recycled materials.

The Flytefoam™ technology has been added in the midsole which is lighter and more durable than other foams. The 3D Space Construction™ of the midsole also provides improved compression. The OrthoLite™ X-30 sockliner provides soft step-in comfort.

The outsole features ASICS AHAR technology. This technology offers excellent wear resistance. In addition, the technology has the effect of a sponge, which offers extra cushioning with every step. The outsole has retained the necessary functions, such as grip and traction.
