Midsole

With the FF BLAST PLUS™ cushioning you experience optimal cushioning with every step you take. The FF BLAST PLUS™ foam is lightweight and provides shock absorption and a responsive feel while running. In addition to the foam in the midsole, ASICS has incorporated its unique gel technology PureGEL™ into this shoe. This gel provides a high degree of comfort, partly due to the shock absorption that reduces the impact on your joints. The gel will provide you with nice cushioning with every step you take during your run. Finally, the ORTHOLITE™ X-30 insole provides soft step-in comfort and long-lasting cushioning. Upper

Outsole
