ASICS Gel Cumulus 25 Women

Midsole

This shoe has FF BLAST PLUS™ cushioning in the midsole. This foam makes the shoe a lot lighter and provides a shoe with a lot of energy return with every step you take. In addition to the foam in the midsole, ASICS has incorporated its unique gel technology PureGEL™ into this shoe. This gel provides a high degree of comfort, partly due to the shock absorption that reduces the impact on your joints. The gel will provide you with nice cushioning with every step you take during your run. To top it all off, the ORTHOLITE™ X-30 insole provides comfortable entry with long-lasting cushioning. Open cells in the sole keep your feet cool while running.

Upper

Thanks to the jacquard mesh upper with textured yarns, the shoe is highly breathable and allows sweat to escape, keeping you dry all the time. Because the mesh follows every shape of the foot, it provides comfort and support. ASICS not only makes its products more sustainable, but also recycles much of its uppers.

Outsole

The outsole of this shoe consists of two parts. AHARPLUS™ is used under the heel. This material is three times as durable as a regular rubber outsole. AHARLO™ is used under the midfoot and forefoot. Due to its spongy structure, this outsole is twice as durable as regular rubber and weighs 50% less. This combination of technologies results in excellent grip and traction.
