    Midsole

    With the FF BLAST PLUS™ cushioning you experience optimal cushioning with every step you take. The FF BLAST PLUS™ foam is lightweight and provides shock absorption and a responsive feel while running. ASICS' GEL™ technology, which is incorporated into the midsole in addition to the foam, improves shock absorption and makes the landing softer. Finally, the ORTHOLITE™ X-30 insole provides soft step-in comfort and long-lasting cushioning. The sole is made of open cells, which keeps your feet cool while running.

    Upper

    The upper of the GEL-CUMULUS TR is made of lightweight mesh that wicks moisture away from your foot, keeping you cool and dry while walking. The mesh is partly made from recycled materials.

    Outsole

    The shoe has an AHARPLUS™ outsole. This material has excellent wear resistance. This property was improved by adding rubber materials that are also used in car tires. The outsole is not only three times more durable than a conventional rubber outsole, but also provides excellent traction and grip on both dry and wet surfaces.
