Midsole

The AMPLIFOAM™ cushioning material provides good cushioning and energy return and a super comfortable feeling under the foot. It has a lower density and is formulated to increase softness. It gives the best in all six aspects of cushioning: impact absorption, fit response, pressure relief, energy return, durability and weight. ASICS' GEL™ technology, which is also incorporated into the midsole in addition to the foam, improves shock absorption and makes the landing softer. Thanks to the GUIDANCE LINE™ technology, the shoe sole bends through an arc-shaped groove while running. With this technology, the toe base joints are stimulated for flexion and extension. The result is a better fit, less strain on the feet and more comfort while running. To top it all off, this shoe also has an ORTHOLITE™ insole. This insole offers soft entry comfort and thus provides long-lasting cushioning. ORTHOLITE™ has an open-cell foam which ensures that the shoe is breathable on the inside and keeps your feet cool.

Upper

Thanks to the jacquard mesh upper with textured yarns, the shoe is highly breathable and allows sweat to escape, keeping you dry all the time. Because the mesh follows every shape of the foot, it provides comfort and support. ASICS not only makes its products more sustainable, but also recycles much of its uppers.

Outsole
