ASICS Contend 8 GS Kids

Midsole

The AMPLIFOAM™ cushioning material provides good cushioning and energy return and a super comfortable feeling under the foot. It has a lower density and is formulated to increase softness. It gives the best in all six aspects of cushioning: impact absorption, fit response, pressure relief, energy return, durability and weight. In addition to the foam, ASICS' unique GEL™ technology will help absorb the impact of every step, making the landing softer. Furthermore, the model has the GUIDANCE LINE™ technology, which is an arc-shaped groove that allows the shoe sole to bend while walking. This technology stimulates the bending and stretching of the foot at the toe base joints. What are the advantages of this? A better fit, less strain on the feet and more comfort while running. To top it all off, this shoe also has an ORTHOLITE™ insole. This insole offers soft entry comfort and thus provides long-lasting cushioning. Upper

Thanks to the jacquard mesh upper with textured yarns, the shoe is highly breathable and allows sweat to escape, keeping you dry all the time. Outsole
