Midsole

Thanks to the Slim FootShape™ fit, a snug, comfortable fit is guaranteed with the Vanish Carbon. The Carbitex™ half carbon plate is designed to flex naturally with your foot; the Active Stance Rocker ensures a more efficient toe-off, so that you can reach full speed more easily during every run.

Upper

The Engineered Mesh upper provides flexibility and breathability in strategic places, while in other places the shoe is a bit tighter. The shoe is a bit tighter around the midfoot for a secure and supportive feeling. The upper is made of synthetic yarn. Altra's Fit4Her™ technology ensures that the shoe conforms to the unique shape of the female foot, which has a narrower heel and midfoot, as well as a higher instep, a longer arch and a unique metatarsal distance.

Outsole
