Each Altra shoe is built on a Balanced Cushioned platform that positions the heel and forefoot equidistant from the ground, so with 0mm offset, or ZeroDrop™. This natural foundation encourages better alignment, a better running style and a low-impact landing. Midsole

The Vanish Carbon has a Slim FootShape™ fit that provides a snug, comfortable fit for training and competition. The midsole consists of a thick layer of Altra EGO™ PRO. This super lightweight and responsive foam is specially designed to make your run as comfortable as possible, regardless of the distance. The implemented carbon plate will give your running experience a speed boost and provide extra stability. This full-length plate propels you forward and lengthens your stride.

Upper

The upper is made of a technical knitted mesh made with synthetic yarns. The breathability of the upper keeps your feet comfortable.
