Each Altra shoe is built on a Balanced Cushioned platform that positions the heel and forefoot equidistant from the ground, so with 0mm offset, or ZeroDrop™. Midsole

The Timp has the Standard FootShape™ fit. This fit gives the foot enough room to move naturally. The midsole is made of Altra EGOTM MAX, a luxurious, lightweight foam that keeps your feet comfortable from start to finish during your run. It is relatively soft and gives good energy return.

Upper

The quick-drying Quick Dry Air Mesh upper absorbs sweat from your feet and pushes it out to promote natural evaporation. This way your feet stay dry and comfortable. The GaiterTrap™ ensures that your Gaiters can easily be attached to the shoe, preventing sand and dirt from entering the shoe.
