Every Altra shoe is built on a Balanced Cushioned platform that positions the heel and forefoot equidistant from the ground, with 0mm offset, or ZeroDrop™. Midsole

The midsole consists of a thick layer of Altra EGO™ MAX. This luxurious, lightweight foam is specially designed to make your run as comfortable as possible, regardless of the distance. It is a relatively soft foam with a good energy return. With its Standard FootShape™ fit, the Timp offers sufficient space for the foot to move naturally.

Upper
