Altra Provision 7 Men

The Altra Provision 7 is an anti-pronation all-round running shoe that is perfect for your daily run. Go for short or long runs; the Provision does it all. This makes it suitable for both beginners and experienced runners. Experience a new level of running with this all-round running shoe!

Each Altra shoe is built on a Balanced Cushioned platform that positions the heel and forefoot equidistant from the ground, so with 0mm offset, or ZeroDrop™. This natural foundation encourages better alignment, a better running style and a low-impact landing. Whether you prefer maximum cushioning, low cushioning or something in between, Balanced Cushioning lets your feet move naturally with every step.

Midsole

The Provision has the Standard FootShape™ fit. This fit gives the foot enough room to move naturally. The midsole is made from Altra's EGO™ foam, which is designed to make your run as comfortable as possible, no matter how far you run. It is a slightly harder foam that returns sufficient energy efficiency. The Innerflex™ technology has been applied to the foam. This is the grid of slots that cut through the entire midsole, both vertically and horizontally. This makes the shoe lighter and more flexible without sacrificing cushioning. To ensure that you get the right support during your runs, the shoe uses the GuideRail™ support system. This technology is designed to provide support and pronation control when you start to get tired, but doesn't really affect you when you're running normally.

Upper

The Engineered vamp Mesh upper provides flexibility and breathability in strategic places, while in other places the shoe is a bit tighter.

Outsole

The rubber outsole of the shoe provides good grip and traction while running. FootPod™ technology is incorporated into the outsole. This maps the bones and tendons of the foot and ensures that the shoe can bend and move naturally. The Altra Provision 7, the all-rounder you can count on every run!
