Midsole

The Outroad has a Slim FootShape™ fit that provides a snug, comfortable fit for training and competition. The midsole is made of Altra's EGO™ foam. This foam is specially designed to make your run as comfortable as possible, regardless of the distance. It is a slightly harder foam with good energy return.

Upper

The Engineered vamp Mesh upper provides flexibility and breathability in strategic places, while in other places the shoe is a bit tighter. Thanks to GaiterTrap™ you can easily attach your Gaiters to the shoe, preventing sand and dirt from entering.
