Each Altra shoe is built on a Balanced Cushioned platform that positions the heel and forefoot equidistant from the ground, so with 0mm offset, or ZeroDrop™. This natural foundation encourages better alignment, a better running style and a low-impact landing. Midsole

The Mont Blanc has a Standard FootShape™ fit, which does not restrict the movement of the foot, but still fits comfortably around the foot. The midsole has a thick layer of Altra EGO™ MAX foam and offers maximum comfort, regardless of the distance you walk. The foam is quite soft and has good energy return.

Upper

The upper is made of a technical knitted mesh made with synthetic yarns. The breathability of the upper keeps your feet comfortable.

Outsole

The shoe uses an innovative outsole technology developed by Vibram in collaboration with top athletes, called Vibram Litebase. The Vibram Litebase outsole reduces sole thickness by 50%, reduces weight by 30% and retains 100% of the grip, traction and durability that Vibram is known for.
