Midsole

To make your runs as comfortable as possible, Altra has added a CMEVA midsole. The CMEVA midsole has enormous cushioning and offers effective protection during your runs, no matter what type of run it is. The material is therefore very responsive and provides a lot of comfort. With its Standard FootShape™ fit, the Experience Flow offers sufficient space for the foot to move naturally. The foam has Innerflex™ technology. This is a grid of slots that cuts through the entire midsole, both vertically and horizontally. This reduces the weight and dramatically increases the flexibility of the shoe without sacrificing cushioning.

Upper

The Engineered Mesh upper provides flexibility and breathability in strategic places, while the shoe fits a little tighter in other places. The shoe is a little tighter around the midfoot for a secure and supportive feel. This shoe also has an OrthoLite® sockliner. This sockliner offers a soft step-in comfort and thus provides long-lasting cushioning. OrthoLite® has an open-cell foam that ensures that the shoe is breathable on the inside and keeps your feet cool.

Outsole
